MISSION

ReCo exists to spread Renewal in Jesus through Collective mission.

VISION

Over the next 5 years we would like see the following become a reality...

Renewal in People

1000 people experiencing salvation through the renewing power of Jesus

Renewal in Lorain

25% decrease in crime and addiction in the city of Lorain

Renewal in the World

Start a new church every 2 years

VALUES

Reliant Prayer

Unless God does the work, nothing of eternal value will be created (Ps. 127:1). We are committed to seeking God's grace and favor through prayer.

Expectant Faith

Miracles still happen today. God still heals, delivers, and astounds (John 14:12). We are committed to expecting God to display His supernatural power.

Costly Mission

God is uniquely concerned with those who have not yet experience his ability to renew their life (Lk 15:4). We are committed to making necessary sacrifices to prioritize those who don't yet know Jesus.

Obedient Action

Followers of Jesus should act like Jesus (1 Jn 2:6). We are committed to being people who live out what God calls us to do through His Bible and His Holy Spirit.

BELIEFS

ReCo Church is a part of The Wesleyan Church.

Wesleyans believe in one God, who is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and the Savior of all who put their faith in Him alone for eternal life.

We believe that those who are made new in Christ are called to be holy in character and conduct, and can only live this way by being filled with the Lord’s Spirit. We believe in the Bible and its sufficiency to establish our faith and conduct. We believe God wills for people everywhere to know Him and be made new in Christ. We believe that the purpose of the Church is to worship God in spirit and in truth, and to reach a lost and fallen world with the gospel of Jesus Christ through its worship, witness, and loving deeds.
